Material refinement

A store has three packs, with ten small units in each. Opening a pack changes how stock is represented and available. Merely looking at it in smaller units would not move anything.

What is checked, and where this example stops

The kernel applies the authored 1:10 transfer, preserves the seven-unit remainder on regrouping, holds a three-unit unpaid draw as negative tension, then explicitly borrows one pack.

Opening and borrowing are selected actions in this fixture. A general automatic inventory allocator or downward-refinement scheduler is not supplied.

Roots 1–3: selected refinement, regrouping and borrow calibration.

This file constructs the connected structure. The validation driver selects reads, actions and bindings for the stepped experiment; parsing this text alone does not run the sequence.
